We appoint a dedicated Relationship Manager who is your point of contact

We offer you a choice of branding:

your own brand (you retain your own brand but use our systems)

“in association with BondExcel” is used as a byline to your company name
•
you can select to become a BondExcel office in your region
•
An eBond platform for self-processing or a central process is implemented at your premises
•
You receive access to a qualified Help Desk for queries and escalations
•
You receive your login and password to access to the BondExcel intranet on which you will find documentation, the latest news, a chat room, bank policies and products, and who zoo.

The necessary training in origination and the systems is provided
•
Help with the development and motivation of your estate agents using in-house training material
