eBond
eBond is simply the ultimate admin tool for originators. It is available exclusively to BondExcel offices and Associates and gives you a definitive edge over the competition.

It is designed for maximum efficiency, accurate capturing and reliable reporting and takes the hassle out of registering applications.

In addition, the system is directly connected to the Affinity programme, and complete applications get quicker responses from the banks through the system.

It is also an entirely electronic system, which means you benefit from the cost savings associated with a completely paperless office.

The bottom line is greater efficiency in your business and better service to your clients.

 
     
  The Bond Repository Management Information System (MIS)
 
  One of the secrets to a successful business is management control and procedures. This allows owners and managers to keep their fingers on the pulse of what is happening in their business and allows them to make informed decisions.  
     
  Reports  
  The MIS reports have been designed to empower our associates to keep a tight control on their business and include:  
     
 
The registration report provides details of registrations captured within the previous week.
   
The quotations (formal grants) report provides details of formal grants captured for the previous week. This report is an important tool to help you stay on top of the follow-ups that must be made with attorneys and banks to get the bond registered.
   
The quotations (formal grants) outstanding report provides details of formal grants that are in the pipeline. This report can be used to source pipeline business and follow up on conditions to be satisfied so that the deal can be registered.
   
The payments report that will allow the user access to details of payments effected for the previous week.   
 
     
  Ease of use and Security  
 

Users will logon to the system from the intranet website. A user-friendly manual will be made available on the intranet.

There are two levels of security. The first is the intranet login name and password. Once access to the intranet website is gained, users will have to enter a second logon name and password to gain access to the Bond Repository. A link is provided on the Bond Repository logon page from where users can e-mail the systems administrator, requesting access to the system. The request will be actioned by the systems administrator and access will be granted to authorised personnel only.

 
     
  Quickcom  
 

Quickcom is yet another BondExcel value added service that will put you ahead of the pack! You now get paid within 48 hours – a BondExcel feature that will have an enormously positive impact on your cash flow.

Quickcom ensures you receive payment within 48 hours of BondExcel receiving the registration template, the attorney’s guarantee letter and registration confirmation.

Invoices are sent out once the payments have been processed. Credit note processing will also be greatly streamlined. If there are any clawbacks or discrepancies, you will immediately be notified via e-mail, with 10 working days to reply to the e-mail. The credit note will be sent to you via e-mail and will reflect on the next electronic invoice, streamlining and simplifying the entire process.

 
     
  BondExcel Community Intranet  
 

The Intranet is the heart of the BondExcel Community and is a great communication tool that allows you to interact with us, when it suits you.

The Intranet has proven invaluable in times of change, for example during the National Credit Act (NCA) rollout, as a resource and a reference for our Associates.

Featuring regular updates regarding system and administration issues, changes in the bank processes, the latest trends and news, as well as the BondExcel Community newsletter ExcelTalk, the Intranet is a dynamic hub of information and intelligence, keeping you in touch with BondExcel, the banks and the market.
